The killing of US far-right activist Charlie Kirk has seen social media users sharing names and photos of at least two people misidentified as the alleged shooter. It turns out that neither of them has any connection to the incident. The FBI on late Thursday published images of a man in a black T-shirt and sunglasses who they said they were seeking as a “person of interest” in the case.
