TEHRAN, Jul. 01 (MNA) –After Israel’s failed 12-day war against Iran, a massive billboard appeared in Shiraz — showing Netanyahu bowing before Iran’s ancient emperor, Shapur I.
The poster is inspired by most iconic and powerful depictions from ancient Persian art and history: the defeat and submission of Roman Emperor Valerian before Shapur I, the Sasanian king, as portrayed in the rock relief at Naqsh-e Rostam, near Persepolis in modern-day Iran.
